Product Care
- Every KIMUNE piece is carefully handcrafted, from digital sculpting and 3D printing to post-processing.
- Minor imperfections such as small air bubbles, layer lines, or fine surface scratches may naturally occur due to the production process. These are not considered defects.
- As each item is handmade, slight variations between pieces may exist.
Order & Shipping
- All items are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed and typically takes 14 days to up to 3 weeks before shipping. (Timeline may vary depending on order volume.)
- International shipping is $20.00, and it's free for orders over $130.00. All items are shipped via EMS.
Returns & Inquiries
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations, exchanges, or returns for change of mind are not accepted after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
